Melrose is a collaboration between two very well established West Coast artists. Its high energy, bottom heavy fun is the perfect mix between 2 Live Crew and Dj Quik with an Ed Banger makeover. Murs and Terrace play an urbanized Bill and Ted on this most excellent sonic expedition of epic proportions. This sample free “uncircumcised noise” may offend some but is guaranteed to make them all dance. It’s playful and raunchy yet extremely liberating and innovative. So, who wants to get naked and join the revolution?
