“20-2-Life was Black and Killahoa from South Park, Houston. After servin’ time, those two guys hit the scene hard with their albums. They definitely ain’t too much of good rappers, but they do a good job. While not beein’ mad lyricists or technical rappers, they just put together good albums. Such as this one. Their furst full length (released by Bigtyme Recordz) was full of raw, dirty street rap. “Backstreets” was featured on Master P’s “Down South Hustlers”-compilation and might be familiar to some of y’all. But the song on this one is “After servin a Deuce”. That one is just…too good to be true! Some of the funkiest shit I’ve ever heard on a rap song. A pure classic. Peep how Kat kills the chorus! – Nils2i”
Thanks to Nils2i for the rip!
