For those who don’t get the reference, “les années mia” (The mia years) refers to an IAM song (French crew from Marseille that Kheops DJs for) called “Je danse le mia” (1993). A sarcastic celebration of their 80s disco memories, complete with fur collar coats, Sergio Tacchini tracksuits, gold chains, dance-offs, brawls over chicks and those disco classics that Kheops has put together for this compilation.
