nefertiti shows that women arent just for soul and r&b, with crazy hard flow, she brings one of the freshest, hardest, dopest albums since boss was rappin the gangsta shiit, the best cut on this is with out a doubt, Mecca to watts, with hard hittin bass lines which drive your neck in to a everlasting wiplash. the other cuts are just as great with mad production by rakim and some other producers that makes the album a classic in my opinion. with slamming funk/gangsta beats and a women thats not afraid to tell em whos on the mic. some might say her flows reminds of salt-n-pepa, I say forgett salt-n-pepa it`s all about nefertiti.

Six previously unreleased tracks from the depths of Don’s
archives, recorded between the ‘Hazardous’ and ‘Diabolique’
era.
Some of these tracks only existed on one-off tapes that were
given to Bobbito to play on his show back in the early-mid
’90’s. Some were scheduled for Don’s second album that never
got released… all are dope.
This project was made in conjunction with Godfather Don
himself, he gets a share of the money made from this limited
release.
I only ripped this cause it has sold out already, and some
may never hear these tracks!
All of the cuts were remastered and are of very good
quality.

Alright, so here’s a decent post, I have a more comprehensive mf doom/madlib instrumental list coming up still, just been mad busy. . . All I ask that you all do before or after downloading all of these, is clicking the freestylemadness link I have on the left side (Yes, it matters, because every hit raises my sites ranking on the internet, same ip address can only count the first time of each day that you click, plus after the next big update you may like the site as i’m building a big blogspot there that’ll not have the restrictions of rapidshare/mediafire/zshare etc so links will never die and can be dl’d by all, fast and easily)

So yeah, gathered these below based off of the cbox requests and just good stuff that some peeps may not have, you can find some of these down below or a page or two back but I know people are lazy. So yeah. Have a good new year and happy dl’ing, will add more to this a lil later.

Dusty Pickup is the second full-length CD from North Providence-bred rapper, Symmetry. The 18-track album is the latest release from Poorly Drawn People, the Rhode Island-based hip hop label also home to Storm Davis and Reason.
Produced entirely by label mate dox, Dusty Pickup represents a more personal, mature effort from Symmetry, who jump started his career with 2005’s Cat Drop Complex. Shunning the clichés that have become staples of hip hop music, Symmetry tackles concepts including failed love, a friend’s drug addiction and his own mortality.

09. Catatonia Ft. Percee P & Wildchild 6:51

On the follow-up to their Now-Again/Stones Throw album, Connie Price and the Keystones step-up with a heavyweight dynamic soundtrack-inspired hip hop album. While their debut was instrumental, Tell Me Something is the opposite, featuring a marquee-filling list of quality MCs. The legendary Big Daddy Kane, Percee P, Wildchild from the Lootpack, Ubiquity-labelmate Ohmega Watts, Soup from Jurassic 5, Blood Of Abraham, Mykah 9 from the Freestyle Fellowship and Project Blowed, plus vocalist Aloe Blacc provide lyrics nrhymes.

Having recently recorded an EP for Scion with Big Daddy Kane, and backing-up Slick Rick, Brand Nubian and Too $hort live, CPK decided to take their live hip hop exploits into the studio. Channeling Wu-Tang and Madlib in equal parts to Schiffrin and Morricone the album bobs and weaves through the head-nodding mellower bpms of “Across The Board” and “Pirates of The Mediterranean” to the more frantic chase-scene tunes like “Hoagies Revenge” and “Master At Work.” “Funk revivalist” and “retro” were apt tags for the music of CPK when they started out five years ago, fleshing-out raw funk 45s that rivaled the old-school collectible nuggets they were inspired by. But “Tell Me Something” incorporates much broader influences and is a product of a deeper vision.

“We have thrown all our influences into the mix, not just funk. We love funky music but to us that could mean Jorge Ben, Can, Dennis Coffey, or the Upsetters. I see us more as Hip-Hop influenced cinematic soul music,” explains Dan Ubick, one half of the main duo behind CPK. “Also, the MCs and vocalists just make it all that much more dimensional and interesting.”

To achieve the desired fuller sound, fat bottom end and hard-hitting drums all the music was played live, then sampled, looped-up and processed to be gritty as possible. Dramatic strings, brassy horns, and a driving percussion section pack a musical punch and leave a bigger impression often missing from “live” rap records. “I approached this project as a Hip-Hop record, it was more about sounds recorded rather than full performances from the musicians. I got to use instruments that were new to me on this album, like tympani, an old 60s organ with fuzz, acoustic piano, and most importantly real strings,” says Ubick. “Todd wrote some funky string arrangements for four of the tracks which our good friend Steve Kaye played to perfection. We also had some really unique percussion instruments that make each track really stand out. Most of my equipment was made 30+ years ago, but instruments just sound better to me with a little age on them. Sounds that have been good for 30+ years dont have to be “retro”, used the right way theyre really just invincible,” he adds.

Connie Price and The Keystones was conceived as a recording project, and features music written solely by Dan Ubick, whose recording credits include Breakestra, Madlibs Sound Directions, along with Todd M. Simon, of Macy Gray, Antibalas, and El Michels Affair fame. A revolving cast of characters from the incestuous and bustling Los Angeles music scene add flavor, including drummers: Sean OShea (Orgone, Plantlife, Breakestra), Pete McNeal (DJ Z-Trip, Breakestra, Cake), Davey Chegwidden (RRAS, David Holmes), Alan Lightner (RRAS, David Garibaldi), Ricardo Rodriguez (RRAS, Cecilia Noel).

UFC 79: Nemesis was a mixed martial arts (MMA) event held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), that took place on December 29, 2007 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The main events featured the long anticipated fight between Chuck Liddell and Wanderlei Silva, as well as the highly anticipated rubber match between former UFC Welterweight Champions Georges St. Pierre and Matt Hughes. Additionally, PRIDE light heavyweight sensation Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou will make his UFC debut against undefeated Lyoto Machida.

The main event was originally to pit The Ultimate Fighter 6 coaches Matt Serra and Matt Hughes for Serra’s UFC welterweight championship, which Serra won at UFC 69: Shootout on April 7, 2007 in an upset victory over Georges St. Pierre. Serra, however, withdrew from the fight due to a back injury. The UFC has since announced that St. Pierre will replace Serra and the bout will be for an interim championship.

The best music always comes from the heart; it is honest and
almost real enough for you to touch. Enter Cymarshall Law.
Born in 1981 on August 29th the same day as jazz great
Charlie Parker and King of Pop Michael Jackson, Law has
always taken this as a sign that he too could achieve
greatness in life. When he was 9 his parents moved his
family from his birthplace in United Kingdom to the U.S. in
order to give their children greater opportunities. Across
the Atlantic is where CyMarshall would first meet and fall
deeply in love with Hip Hop. In school he excelled in
English classes because it was the perfect way for him to
express his creativity and emotion, but it wasnt until the
7th grade when his older brother who was already an M.C.
convinced him to begin writing rhymes. Law quickly advanced
as a writer and soon began performing anywhere there were
people willing to listen. In 2000 during his first year of
college he realized due to lack of funds he no longer would
be able to attend. This only gave Law the right fuel needed
for him to pursue his true dream of becoming a successful
artist. Law began working full-time in efforts to build his
home studio with the help of his brother and now partner
Skit Slam. The two formed the group Everliven Sound meaning
their Sound will live forever and never die. During late
2001 the brothers began their own label titled Freedom
Entertainment and found the money to press 500 copies of a
vinyl Ep they named Everlution. Since then Law has
consistently realesed at least 2 cds a year each selling at
least 1,000 copies or more indivually ( including but not
limited to collab cds with Pumpkinhead ( Powerman and
Ironfist , Skit Slam ( Everliven Sound ) and Silent Knight (
The Silent Law ) Cymarshall has performed in many places
across the United States and Europe making a name for
himself as a charismatic and energetic performer who never
leaves a crowd unsatisfied. In 2003 Law won an Emcee Battle
at Tower records in Philadelphia judged by platinum selling
recording artists The Black Eyed Peas and has previously and
since shared stages with Smif-N-Wesson, Bootcamp Clik, Sean
P , Mos Def, Talib Kweli, Wordsworth , The Last Emperor ,
Jean Grae , Crayz Walz , Immortal Technique and a list of
other talented emcees. In 2004 Cymarshall also got his first
chance to perform at two legendary Hip Hop events The
Rocksteady Reunion and Scribble Jam , both known for
bringing out thousands of Hip Hop fans from all over the
world. Laws talents have brought him all over the world most
recently he was one of the featured performers at Canada’s
2006 DMC DJ battle Championship. He represents what many
people say is missing from the Hip Hop game the ability to
go against the grain , be original have his own style and
flavor but still appeal to the masses, he is a born star.
Not to mention his story telling skills Cymarshall is the
full package. Blessed with a unique voice which he once
thought was a weakness, but now realizes is a definite
strength CyMarshall Law strives to be the master of his life
and show people the unlimited possibilities of life by way
of his first love Hip Hop.

Featuring production by Analogic, Axis 360, K.O.N., ID4Windz,
Captin Planit, Mr. Fantastic & Mr. Joker

Let’s flip the script…

Jenna G has been a face on the Manchester urban landscape for years following a stint singing live on an infamous pirate station, Love Energy. Here Jenna became inspired by underground sounds and hooked up with a group of MCs and DJs called Raggabeats Crew which turned into a hip hop group called Subliminal Darkness. After four years, Jenna left the group and began a residency at a night called Eardrum at DryBar which made her a name as a vocalist and MC. Singing with the bands at underground gigs introduced Jenna G to Darren and 2D, a drum & bass DJ and producer team called Future Cut, who were looking for a singer. The drum & bass trio Uncut was formed in 2000. A track called Borderline appeared on a Future Cut EP for Renegade Hardware and the response to it was incredible. Uncut’s debut white label Midnight sold out of its 10,000 copy run within weeks and drew a lot of attention from the music industry. In 2001 Uncut signed to EMI publishing and in June that year they signed to Warner’s M Records. Their debut album came out in July 2003 with the re-release of its debut single Midnight. After the band split, Jenna G continued singing and writing songs for EMI publishing which saw her working with So Solid’s JD among others.

Seeing as how I love drum n bass just as much as hiphop, I thought I would share one of my favorite dnb albums to date..Dont like it? Never heard of drumnbass? Shut up and click the little blue button below my speech and enjoy the sounds of a brilliant album-Simz

FINALLY got all this Shit together… Took Forever. I Can’t even remember when I first mentioned this Cocoa B’s Piece. The SB-OG’s will remember me droppin Hype on some of this Shit from way back. Anyway, I’m just going to get things movin… Startin off with some Random Tracks that are FUCKIN HOT from Pablie & Glen Porter… Got both of these off that Project Mooncircle Mix Piece that dropped a bit back. Haven’t been able to find much else from either of these Fools, there’s an EP from Pablie “Prelude To Anything” that I’m sure is dope as Hell, hopefully somebody out there has it. And, this guy Glen Porter, he’s Dope. Has kind of a Southwest style, laid back guitars & shit… He has a Disc called “Something Glue” that hopefully someone can link us to… Buy or whatever, I’m sure the Disc is Hot. Alright, here’s the Tracks, y’all can decide:

Glen Porter – Tragedy Herself

Glen Porter’s Album – “Something Glue” Anybody Got This?

Pablie – Blissful Relpases << This Track is Fuckin ILL... Pablie – Trying Jazz

Pablie’s EP – Anyone Have This Either?

Anyway, here’s the Cocoa Brovaz “The Rude Awakening” Instrumental Test Pressing LP. Super Dope Shit here as you all know, Produced by a whole bunch of various Mahfuckas. Check Discogs if you want to know about that. Alright, here’s the Goods, Don’t sleep on this, this is the ONLY place you will find this piece. All tracks have been Remastered, Super Butter Sound, No Snap, Crackle, or Pops…

Word… Now it’s on to Hydrabeats Volume 13 from A Kid Called Roots, FINALLY. Hopefully this Rounds off your Collections, I know it did mine. Some goods in here, I’d say half the Tracks are Bangers. Still haven’t found any Info on this Shit, No Pics and haven’t got a Proper Tracklist, they’re partially titled. Sorry about that, I’ll have a Proper Track-List up in the comments here pretty soon. Here’s the Goods:
