Thought I’d get some of Memo’s stuff up because people were asking. Plus, that Sharebee sounded interesting so I upped to that, let me know if it works for y’all. This is his first Inst. disc out of 3, so far. I’ll have the next 2 up soon. After that, it’s up to you if you want PNS or Panik. I recommend PNS, but it’s up to everybody. I must apologize in advance for the naming of the tracks in the .zip. I never actually named them their listed Track Names when I first got all these Discs, I only named certain tracks. And the tracks that I did name are just certain thoughts and emotions that I got from listening to the beat. So, hopefully it’s not too big of a pain in the ass. Everybody let me know if it’s SUPER annoying because from here on out, pretty much every other Molemen post will be like this. I’ll go through and name them the actual track names if I have to… I think it’s dope to just name them what you want though, it helps you remember the beat and it’s kinda fun. Plus, I saw an interview with Panik and he said him and the rest of the crew just try to create certain emotions in all their tracks (like everybody else of course…). So that’s how I named the tracks the way that their titled. ANYWAY, I’m not going to post any tracklists for these because their LONG. Usually inbetween 20 – 40 Tracks, so I don’t want to fill up the whole page with Tracklists. But, this paragraph alone is probably taken up enough already so this fuckin rant is done with. Back Again with more Molemen… This time around I’ve decided to start at the beginning. This would be a collection of Panik’s first beats released on Vinyl. A collection of nothin but banger’s here. I’m sure you’ve heard a few already, but I’m hoping there’s some unknown gems in there. Rhymefest Pt. 2 is straight chilling. I have a lot of individual instrumentals that I’d like to share, but I’d like to keep a coherant theme going. I don’t want to just chuck up some complete randomness so I’ll try to group the tracks by Producer or affiliation. Here goes…

First I have a couple Pete Rock tracks. One off of an All City 12 (courtesy of http://diggersspot.blogspot.com) and another off of Petestrumentals. Equal in head nod factor.

Next we have a classic 3rd Bass track; Portrait of the Artists as a Hood. You shouldn’t need my approval on this one. Banger

There is 3 High & Mighty joints jammed in there. 2 of them are from DJ Mighty Mi and another by the Alchemist. Really essential Eastern Conference shit.

A couple Easy Mo Bee tracks in there as well. The What and Going Back to Cali to get your Biggie grind on. Also another track that was co-produced by Mo Bee; Aww Shit! by the Lik’s.

E-Swift actually Produced that Lik’s track, so I threw in another from the same album (Likwidation). Likwit Ridas was one of the tracks I forgot off that album. Really bangin’ beat. Matter of fact that whole album gets slept on hard. If anybody has the whole thing please up it.

Sticking with the West Coast theme we have DJ Pooh who crafted Today Was a Good Day and DJ Quik who produced Addictive by Truth Hurts and Rakim. bangas bangas bangas.

Absolutely incredible album from a UK trip-hop group. The original album features pop vocals over incredible beats that would be better suited if they were used by the likes of by Cage or Aesop Rock. Sneaker Pimps have a style reminiscent of DJ Shadow or RJD2, so in other words, don’t sleep on this. 🙂

Galapagos4. One of the most under-rated crews in Hip-Hop today in my opinion. Yeah, they all sound alike, but almost every release they have ever put out has been dope. I posted this because I remember someone at BiffHop was lookin for it, Andyman, was that you?? Anyway, also I haven’t seen it around yet so I thought I’d get it up… This was released in 2005, I don’t really have anything special to say about this disc. Nobody, a California based Producer released Soulmates, his solo album, in 2000. I must admit, I don’t know if EVERYBODY will enjoy this but I thought I’d toss it up. The album has a sort of Eery/Mystical vibe to it. I remember I was driving home late one night in a Snowstorm and I was listening to this, and it fit perfectly… Anyway, there’s a couple vocal tracks, 4 I think. Let me know what you think, I’m tryin to post different stuff, things I haven’t seen before, so let me know if you’re feelin’ it. If not, I got plenty of Primo & other shit to toss up. Peace.
